We wish to advise that effective immediately, our showroom will be closed to visitors, this ensures safety for our customers and staff.

Our warehouse activities will continue. Orders and collections can be made at our roller-door, where we have setup a customer service counter. Please respect the distancing in place.

Where practical, we recommend use of our online ordering capabilities and freight services to maximise efficiencies during this time.

Global Group continues to be a highly reliable supplier of product, yes, there are some product delays due to shipping but we generally have an alternate solution for most requirements.

Our Customer Care team continues to be here for you, across all channels, ready to help you achieve required outcomes. It may result in a phone call or video call instead of onsite support.

Our online resources continue to be available via our websites, and we encourage placing online orders via our website, or emailing orders to; sales@global-access.com.au

Following government recommendations for social distancing, we encourage you to make use of our online ordering capabilities and attractive freight costs to reduce person-to-person contact.

Whilst we welcome visits to our showroom to place orders or collect items, in the interest of everyone's health, your own included, we ask that you disinfect your hands with the sanitiser provided and that you minimise touching display items.
